There is way to unlock the locked features in Windows 7 build 6801.This operating system of
windows comes with the major features locked. There is patch called
"Blue Badge” which will allow users to unlock these features meant to
full time microsoft’s employees.

Once this patch is applied new features such as panning, new taskbar, gestures, wallpaper changer etc. will get unlocked.
